CD Mastering – Audible Distraction


We recently mastered an EP release for the band, Audible Distraction.  Here is some info from their website:

“Audible Distraction is a group of musicians from diverse musical backgrounds based in Northeast Ohio. The band consists of Theron Brown-piano, Dan Wilson-guitar, Keith Mckelley-sax, Myron Gardener- drums, and Alfredo Guerrieri- bass. Since each musician leads their own group, and these five musicians blend so well together, Audible Distraction has no definite leader; the band functions as a collective. Audible Distraction boasts a large repertoire of original music and cover songs including; jazz, funk, r&b, blues, brazilian, afro-cuban.”

Vinyl Mastering – Dangus Kincaid Experience


We have just completed a vinyl mastering project for the band, Dangus Kincaid Experience.  The 180 gram vinyl was pressed by Gotta Groove Records in Cleveland, OH.  It’s a great rock record with killer guitar tones and awesome psychedelic jams.

We just finished a vinyl mastering project for The Kinsey Report.  This record is a live concert, recorded at Grounds for Thought, a music venue and coffee shop in Bowling Green, OH.  It was pressed by our friends at Gotta Groove Records.

CD Mastering – Keith McKelley


We recently mastered a Christmas album for the saxophonist Keith McKelley.  If you want a Christmas CD with a little more rhythm, this is a great record to check out.  Here’s some brief info from his website:

Keith McKelley’s bright saxophone tone and energetic grooves bring audiences a rich blend of jazz, funk, rock, R&B, and gospel. Inspired by David Sanborn, John Coltrane, and Kirk Whalum, Keith honed his talent playing at church and with the best musicians in the Northeast Ohio region. He has shared the stage with artists like Secu Bunch, and Bob James, and toured with E.C. Scott and Nancy Harmon. Currently, he is a professional endorser of Theo Wanne Mouthpieces and Cannonball Saxophones. He recently released his self-titled album Keith McKelley in April 2010, and is working on a fusion project dubbed Audible Distraction. He is based in Cleveland, Ohio.


Vinyl Mastering – Dwayne Dopsie and The Zydeco Hellraisers


We just finished mastering a double LP called “GET DOWN!” by Dwayne Dopsie and The Zydeco Hellraisers.  It is an exciting live performance recorded at Grounds For Thought in Bowling Green, OH.

Here is some information from Dopsie’s website:
“America’s Hottest Accordion” winner, Dwayne (Dopsie) Rubin, plays a unique, high energy style of zydeco. Dwayne hails from one of the most influential Zydeco families in the world. Although inspired by tradition, he has developed his own high energy style that defies existing stereotypes and blazes a refreshingly distinct path for 21st century Zydeco music. This singer/songwriter and accordionist has performed all over the world since debuting his band, Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers, at age 19.
